- Built a B2B services startup helping polymer AM MedTech SMEs industrialize technology via ISO-aligned quality labs and validated AM processes to accelerate certification readiness
- Closed 2 international clients (DE, DK) and generated €30k total revenue on ~€2k/month retainers
- Co-led GTM: defined ICP, wrote outreach scripts, and ran outbound calling (270 dials, 120 connects, 20 discovery meetings, 5 sales meetings, 2 closes)
- Delivered quality-lab implementations: procured a €15k UTM and built SOP packs, ISO test plans, traceability templates, and result-interpretation guidelines to standardize mechanical testing
- Built brand networking and distribution assets (website, messaging, frameworks) that resulted in 5 invited talks across Guarda, Covilhã, and Aveiro
- Shut down after failing to achieve product-market fit and repeatable sales, deciding to stop because ROI was too hard to quantify upfront for prospects
